Hi Andy,

Many many thanks for your help as dbplumber does now do the import using firefox! I upped both of the php.ini settings to 99M to be sure.

Update / new feature

DB Plumber has a new feature: it analyses the schema and compiles a list of obsolete tables and columns. If you are sure you want to delete them you can run the new build task that comes with DB Plumber to drop those columns and tables. Check it out !

WOW!

Thank you Andy that is an amazing feature - I must not have been subscribed to this thread any more or I would commented sooner!

If you ever wanted to export any Silverstripe table to MS Excel or OpenOffice Calc you can now use the new DB Plumber export option for the Open Office Spreadsheet format (ODS).

FYI: DB Plumber says farewell to SVN. Its now hosted on github (http://github.com/smindel/silverstripe-dbplumber)
