Site-map doesn't show any pages

I tried different site-map modules but until now no one is working properly.
Currently I have this one http://silverstripe.org/sitemap-module/ (by MarijnKampf) installed.

But what to do to get a list of the pages? I made a new page and checked the "Include a sitemap on this page" checkbox. But nothing happens.
What else do I have to do to see the site-map?

Hope someone can help!

You have to add $ShowSitemap in your template at themes/yourtheme/templates/Layout/Page.ss.

	$Content
	$ShowSitemap	
	$PageComments
	$Form
