Hi,

i have installed userforms module as stated in the README. I can create page of type User Defined Form. But then strange thing happen. When i click on the page, only blank page shows in the right pane of cms. See screenshot..

I first thought it could be because of missing translations (for cs_CZ locale), but then i copied lang/en_US into lang/cs_CZ, but nothing changed..

Any idea where could be a problem?

I'm running SS 2.4.0 with userforms 0.3.0. There is also a subsite module.

Do you get any javascript errors in Firebug?

What happens when you revisit admin?isDev=1&flush=1?

No js errors, and when i added ?isDev=1&flush=1, i get php warning see screenshot. Seems like something with allowed children, i will check that, but all the UserDefinedForms site are in the root folder. I am also using subsite module, and this error only happens on some domains.
