Hi all,

Just finding it frustrating...

Some posts that are listed on the community page are not there when you go into the actual forums.

& the ordering is all wrong - more recent posts appear well down the list - I'm sure it is bad advertising for the product when it's own site is not working....

cheers, Dave Porter

I think the main problem is the caching.
Newer posts don't show up until I do refresh.

Feels odd sometimes.

DaveP - what error message did you get when you clicked the link on the community page?

Hi Sam,

No error messages, like Dio says, I have to continually refresh the browser to get the most recent pages showing.

And even then the listing of messages in the Web Builder forum ( for example ) is all wrong. The thread with a subject of .htaccess is currently 8th in the list, but it's last post was "1 hour ago" & most above it say last post was "1 Days ago" "2 Days ago" and "3 Days ago"

Hope this helps.

I mainly use Firefox 2.

regards, Dave Porter

I agree that it's more common to have posts with more recent replies first in the list.
That's how it goes on most forums and makes sense to me.

The ordering bug was listed in trac a wee while ago and is on our next-to-do-on-the-forum. list :)

I also agree we need to investigate the caching problem...
