Fatal Error - Need help ASAP

I've had a site up and running on 2.2 since it came out. Today out of no where it has started throwing this error.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class httpresponse in /home/wnpdance/public_html/sapphire/core/control/HTTPResponse.php on line 146

I can't flush the page or db from a browser and can't access the admin either.

Can someone help ASAP?

I'm not really a developer so I don't know the inner workings of MySQL. Is there a way I can flush the db from phpmyadmin? If so can someone leave me detailed instructions either here or by email?
