Hello, has anyone had any success with creating a bridge from silverstripe to popular forum software?

eg PHPBB, VBullitens or XMB?

If not, do you have any pointers on the best way to do it?

Should I use the silverstripe users/logins and match that to the forum users/logins or should I just build the forum user/logins into my silverstripe site?

This is one of our Google Summer of Code projects, by the way;

First of all...

Hello all, this CMS shows great promise. Thanks heaps for releasing it under the BSD license. Very generous of you.

Has there been any progress on the bridging front? phpBB3 has me on cloud nine and everything else just doesn't quite make the cut :(

Cheers.
