I got this message from a client on a recent SS install today:

"This occurs about every third change when I hit save or save and publish. It comes up in a red box with red text, stays for about a minute and then fades away.

Error in Ajax evaluator on line undefined: Syntax error
Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'file_exists() [<a href='function.file-exists'>function.file-exists</a>]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(../../../_ss_environment.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/design27:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp)' in /home/design27/public_html/sapphire/main.php:39 Stack trace: #0 /home/design27/public_html/sapphire/main.php(39): file_exists() #1 {main} thrown in /home/design27/public_html/sapphire/main.php on line 39"

Any PHP wizards know what might be happening here? Thanks in advance for your help!
