my 2cents - I think it needs to be spaced out a bit more, increase the space between the nav and the content for a start

The headings are smaller then the body text, so I think the headers font size needs to be made bigger, the content font smaller and generally more spacing between the elements

Also more pictures around the site to liven it up and give it that welcome feel would be wicked something along the lines of propertyish imagery

I'd say changing the standard paragraphs of text to a smaller point size (2-3 pt reduction), and increasing the line-height slightly would make things look pretty good. I like the header sizes, letter spacing and capitalisation. :-)

I think you could also add a bit of bottom margin to the headers, too.

Good start though! I'm impressed at the little green HTML compliance icon in my firefox too. :-)
