Creating lists in a controlled way

Hi,
I'm buiding a site for a company with a lot of products, and each product has a different set of technical data. I want to display the data in a definition list, like [url=http://spirokommunikation.com/_kunder/optoskand/product.php]this[/url] (below the Tech spec heading). But the thing is I want to control the way the editors handle this. So what I need is a way to add one or several name-value pairs on the product pages, almost like building a table. The admin interface should probably look [url=http://www.spirokommunikation.com/dev/images/ss_admin.gif]something like this[/url].

What would be the best way to achieve this? Anyone that can point me in the right direction?

You might want to look at http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=complextablefield

This complex table field is what is used in the Security section to add multiple members.
