Hi,

I'm looking for a CMS solution for a site I'm planning to create and I was really impressed by silverstripe's features. However, I couldn't find a module that is critical to me. I want my site to be a magazine site, among other things, meaning the main concept is published articles with enabled comments.
Is there a way to achieve this using SS?

Thank you.

if you want to get a comment form at all your article to easy for you reader to give comment, then you just click on the behaviour of page you post article and just check the last box there is allow comment on this page.

What features does a magazine module need? You could try the blog module and just modify that as that has a lot of the features I would see that you would need - articles, tagging articles, etc. Things like Page Comments are a default feature of SS and like the last post said you can turn them off/on how you wish!

I need to be able to publish stories and have control how they are displayed.
I want a page of summaries which lead to the main article.
Also, I want the whole site to be in Hebrew - is that an option in SS?

As you can see on http://translate.silverstripe.com/ - the Hebrew option is far from complete. But for the other 2 requirements the blog module will work

We are always looking out for more translaters esp for languages not finished so if you can help out by signing up to work on the hebrew translation then that would be great!.
