where to change the theme footer

you should be able to edit the footer through the .ss file for the theme.

the footer for blackcandy is located in ./themes/blackcandy/templates/includes/Footer.ss

i already follow your guide to edit the footer, afther upload still the same.

is there any other .ss file, i need to edit then just can function.

Once you edit the footer.ss file and upload it you will need to refresh SS, to do that type

and the new footer will show up ;)
