Outsource new website design

I have an existing website that I am looking at rehashing in SilverStripe - see www.4survey.co.nz. As you will see, this site isn't anything too fancy. Who is out there that can build the site template? I can't be bothered learning another program and would pay someone to do it. I will supply the basic design and the graphics. I want to be able to do all of the web contect through the SilverStripe CMS.
