Error when downloading files for 'Forms' tutorial

I have come up with an error that I don't know how to fix when I downloaded the extra files for the 'Forms' tutorial...

Fatal error: Class 'Page_Controller' not found in C:\wamp\www\silverstripe-v2.2.2\sapphire\core\model\GhostPage.php on line 101

I have tried flushing both the database and the main SS CMS and the error still appears. Having looked at the file that is referenced, I can't see any obvious error.

Please help...
