Download Google Chrome.

I'm very impressed with their Javascript engine.

Just for fun ; try IE6 after wards for good measure.... ;-)

And Firefox 3.1 might be just as fast if not faster - http://arstechnica.com/journals/linux.ars/2008/09/03/new-firefox-javascript-engine-is-faster-than-chromes-v8 . Well anything that means less waiting has to be good!

Yes, the V8 js engine makes a massive difference to the responsiveness, and there don't seem to be any behaviour or rendering bugs that I've noticed yet. However IMHO an even better feature is the application shortcut option which seems to be a very nice way of launching the admin control panel for SS.

I'm tempted to recommend it to clients as our preferred way of managing their SS sites, as it doesn't require them to change from their normal browser for anything else, and they don't even need to reboot after installing it!
