I've tried that url, when i visit it... appears a popup, to enter my user/pass... I used the same log/pass as always, but the notification popup keeps apperaring endessly...
Then i hitted "esc" and the following message appeared:

Please enter a username and password.

I attach the capture for the login process that "never ends"

Insteading of enabling dev mode that way, open mysite/_config.php and add Director::set_environment_type('dev');

(remember to remove it after the error's fixed)
