We (Xebidy) are looking for SilverStripe developers who can help out with outsourcing slash contract work, or even someone who would like a job in our Queenstown office.

I can imagine other companies may be looking for the same thing so I'd like to suggest another forum category for Work.
We are currently planning a reorganised forum layout and jobs would be a category def we will add. Though I don't think we will go for a full blown job board thing just yet! Unless thats a popular concept
