None of my clients are savvy enough to use OpenID. Is there anyway to remove that from the list of default authenticators, so I don't have all the overhead of a tabset on my login page?

Just remove the entire auth_openid folder. It's gone from 2.3 anyway.

Hey, what's the deal with 2.2.3, anyway? I upgraded and there was nothing new at all. Then someone told me to get it out of the trunk because it had ModelAdmin and a bunch of other new stuff, but it was breaking all over the place. Are we expecting the full-featured 2.2.3 to come out soon? Or is all the good stuff going to be in 2.2.4?
Do you mean 2.2.3 or 2.3?
2.2.3 - minor security upgrade to 2.2.2
2.3 - currently at RC2, several new features and many bug fixes / improvements
