Fatal Error on $flush=1

Here is the error

Fatal Error: Disallowed action: '$flush=1' on controller 'CMSMain'
At line 121 of controller.php

Help!!!

Looks like you've tried to open the URL

/admin/$flush=1

... in which case the error is correct.

Try:

/admin?flush=1

When I do this I get the message 'it seems you were trying to access a page that doesn't exist'
