When generating special form fields like numericfield, I see that the css-class of 'numeric' and required' is only applied to the surrounding div.

It would be better to include the class on the input field as well, just like there is a class of text.

I don't understand why this was left out.

Another weird issue is that with passwordfields, 'extraClass' is not set to the inputfield like with the other fields... forgotten?
