How is possible to view comments divided for post blog?
Now, we see the list of all comments, in comments tab.

Comments are not part of Blog module but CMS.
One option is create your own comments system just for Blog (1 Post has many comments), and a modelAdmin where you can filter by Post on the left search form. It could get messy with heaps of Posts though.
