What do others think about a 'Jobs Board' or perhaps a 'Status' (Looking for work, Busy till June '09, etc.).
We have Showcase linked against our profiles. I think it only logical to source talent close to home.

My suggestion is to just start a thread and say what you want, here, (E.g. you want work/doing) and once that organically shows what we should automate/code, we can move down that direction.
