Whenever I edit a page and need to modify the HTML, the window appears as normal, and the HTML code appears in the top section of the window. However, after initially showing the 'Insert' and 'Cancel' buttons at the bottom of the window, a split second later these buttons disappear and are replaced by a second instance of the HTML code. This means I'm unable to update any HTML code manually. I had used SilverStripe without this issue for a couple of months and then suddenly this happened. I haven't modified any files or anything like that, so I'm unsure exactly when it occurred but it has been doing this for a few months now.

Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix?

Figured it out. It was actually the 'AVG Safe Search' Firefox add-in that caused the problem. Disabling this restored normal functionality.
