"Subtemplates" in Content Editor

Is it possible to have Subtemplates like this ones < http://www.yaml.de/en/documentation/practice/subtemplates.html >
in the Content Editor?

I want to change on a site like under the "Examples for Subtemplates Use" shown on the site mentiont above
from a 100% paragraf to 33%,33%,33% or 50%,50% or, or... and back to 100%

Is this possible without writting the <Div> for the templates by hand under the HTML?
