This is the best feature ever i think.

But i got one thing that bothers me. On normal pages, if you change the MenuTitle it asks if the URL shall be changed.
on selfmade page types this doesnt happen.

Is there a trick to enable that or is this a bug?

I tested this in my SilverStripe (2.3.3) and it's working with own page types without doing any trick.

When you create a new page you might notice that it´s name in the tree is still orange. For new pages there is no notice for changing the url.

Well i the page isnt new its also black in the backend.
it is displayed in the frontend.
It appears in the Menu.
And doesnt ask me to change the url if i change the menutitle.

And i run silverstrip 2.3.4. should work, but doesnt...

got the failure. the urlsegment represents the title not the menutitle...
