Hello all,

I'm trying to build a simple support section to my site, and what i'd like to do is customize the CMS to allow logged in users to respond to inquiries in the system. Any ideas on how I might go about this? I checked out customizing ModelAdmin, but it seems like there not really any support documentation on customizing it to this extent. Any help is greatly appreciated! I've attached an image of what I'm talking about!

Why do you want to do it within the CMS? Can't you make password-protected section of your website? Modifying CMS is pretty hard and sometimes messy. You'd need to start from scratch, I don't think there is a module that would do what you want. ModelAdmin is for managing objects in bulk, not really suitable for helpdesk system :)
