Hola!

Im new to SilverStripe and quite satisfied with it. But the first thing I couldnt figure out is how to SubClass the Folder class.
I want to specify Metadata on a whole folder (e.g. Copyright info) which I could display with all files contained in the folder.
Therefore I successfuly created a class wich extends folder... and it is recognized when doing a /dev/build

But how can I use my new FolderType I just created?

Any help would be great!

Cheers

Maxx

Hmm Nobody?

Or the other way round: what would be the best way to implement an image gallery (organized in folders, or any other suitable container), where i can specify meta data (eg. copyright information, photographer, etc.) at the container level?

Thanks!
