We are having an issue with one of our websites - user can add items to the shopping cart but once they click on the 'Go to Checkout' button the cart clears - unless you are logged in - then everything is fine.
We are running Silverstripe 2.4.7 and Ecommerce.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Sounds like someone is clearing the session too early.
Which e-commerce module is it? And at which version (if you can find out)?

I don't remember a module with that name for 2.4 :/
2.2 there was one I think.
It became the basis for the burnbright fork from what I recall. Perhaps try upgrading to that (in a separate dev environment!).
Otherwise I'm afraid you'll have to dig around and fix the issue yourself :(
All the info gets stored with Session, so I imagine it's something to do with that being cleared prematurely.
