How do I enable internationalization for the Lost Password page? The URL is http://mysite.com/Security/lostpassword from the login form, and manually appending ?locale=th_TH does not work here (I was thinking that perhaps I could do an Apache rewrite if necessary). I've overridden the language files correctly as far as I can see, and this file is working elsewhere on the site.

Apologies, but I never resolved this issue. I've not yet got around to revisiting it.
