In my "localhost" installation, when I do "click" in the link "View Formatting Help" does not show the emergent popup with the BBCodeTags help.
I work with forum 023 y SilverStripe-v2.3.3.

I have already solved it. The problem was that he had installed every folder of the forum in the corresponding folder of the CMS. Now I have installed the whole code of the forum inside a called folder " forum " in the root of my SilverStripe installation and everything works correctly.
