Is it good practice to load jquery from sapphire?

<% require javascript(sapphire/thirdparty/jquery/jquery.js) %>

or
Requirements::javascript(SAPPHIRE_DIR . '/thirdparty/jquery/jquery.js');

Yes it is recommended to load this version as if you use modules such as forum, UDF (two off the top of my head) you won't have to include multiple versions of jQuery.

I have been noticed, If JS codes haven not been changed, you've got this sort of errors.
it could be possibly from the bad html mark up (e.g. missing div or '<div' ) something like this :)
