Now that links to files within the Content are referenced with an ID instead of directly to the file, the older CSS technique of displaying an icon with each link doesn't work (a PDF icon or a Word doc icon for example). Any plans to workaround this, has anyone got any ideas or has this just been dropped?

It's not a major issue by any means, but it was a nice touch that's missing from the 3.2.+ versions.
