Hi all<

I'm not 100% full up to date with all the open source licencing rules and reg, but can someone tell me am I able to rebrand (eg change the logo on client installs) or does that all still have to stay intack etc.

Any help would be great

Indeed you can, there is even methods and documentation to help you do it:

Excellent thanks Hamish. What is the Open Source licence called that would prevent rebranding do you know?

Not sure if that would still qualify as an Open Source license. The GPL, for example, doesn't generally prevent rebranding, but you're still required to supply source code for derivative works.
