Display NewsHolder on HomePage in different tabs

Hi all,

This is going to be hard to explain;
I have a slight issue. I am trying to display the news articles on the home page. But what I want is for the news articles to be displayed in different tabs.

On the home page, there is a div displaying all news articles. can I split the div into three tabs and display the 3 latest news articles in different tabs? ATM the articles are all displayed in one tab.
What I want is for the tabs to have the article title displayed and when clicked will change the content of the div so only one news article will be displayed at any one time.

I saw inspiration on the barnados(.)org(.)uk home page.

Can anyone suggest anything to help.
