Hi guys,
I was on the freenode the other day and was asking a question in multiple channels and somehow the server thought I must of been posting spam and I got banned.
A few days later and I'm still banned!
I'm over here trying to follow these instructions but to no avail

All I get when I connect via xchat is
Connecting to chat.freenode.net (xxx.xx.xxx.xx) port xxxx...
* Connected. Now logging in...
* Closing Link: (*** Banned (cache))
* Disconnected (Connection reset by peer).
Cycling to next server in FreeNode...
* Disconnected ().
I learnt my lesson don't post in multiple channels too quickly!
Any help would be great!
