When will the bugs reported and fixed in the milestone [maintainers only] be integrated in a release?
I had reported a bug in the Mailer class (http://open.silverstripe.org/ticket/6240) in version 2.4.3 but the fix is still not in the current release.

The fix for that issue was committed into trunk (as you can see from the comments in http://open.silverstripe.org/changeset/115155) which would indicate that the issue isn't critical enough to warrant including into 2.4. Ideally we're trying to keep commits to 2.4 as little as possible (security updates only really).
The next major release from trunk due is 3.0 alpha which is due to hit mid this year so it will be included with that.
