I haven't seen this error throughout our project development and test but now I'm seeing this in production:

Error at sapphire/core/Object.php line 724 ([url=http://[edit].co.nz/admin/EditForm/field/]http://[edit].co.nz/admin/EditForm/field/[edit]/themes/mysite/javascript/global.js)
Error: Uncaught Exception: Object->__call(): the method 'themes' does not exist on 'DataObjectManager'
At line 724 in /home/[edit]/sapphire/core/Object.php

It doesn't seem to be generating errors in the front end or backend for the user. Anyone have a clue why my themes directory is being called as a method???!!

nope, but someone (like UncleCheese) over in the DataObjectManager part of the forum might... I'd suggest posting there...
