File is not a valid upload

Hi I've just pretty much finished a site 2.4.5 and was about to put live and discovered the admin image upload (files and images) wont upload files and gives the error "File is not a valid upload" . Ive read the forums and have changed all permissions assets and recursive folders. No change. The same installation on a different hosting which i was testing on, works perfectly. Any help greatly appreciated. Im going live on monday :(
