Hi all,

I'm using SilverStripe 2.4.6 and for some reasons the Google Sitemap tab is missing in the CMS. Is there anything that I need to enable to make it appear? I've tried to search on the forum but nothing useful is there about it. Any idea?

Thanks in advance

Mauro

hi

just copy the google sitemap module folder from an older version ... it should work then.

GoogleSitemaps was not bundled with 2.4.6 out of the box. You will need to download the module seperately if you wish to have it.

How come it has been split out and not included in the main bundle anymore?

@edwardlewis - to allow updates to the module to take place without having to go through core as well as that, not every site wants the module. Same reason we spilt comments out to a module as well.
