Too many times have I been directed to an old URL such as:
http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=modules:multiform

This says:
IMPORTANT: The documentation project has moved to http://doc.silverstripe.org, and is no longer a wiki (see announcement). The content on this wiki is marked as read-only, user logins will be disabled. Please use the Documentation mailinglist for discussion and details.

But this site: doc.silverstripe.org doesn't seem to contain any of the module documentation. I am trying to figure out how to use the multi-step module.

Lots of modules are, like SilverStripe. Itself, now continued at github (www.github.com) and have their documentation there as well. In time it'll find its way into the new docs I suppose, but for now look for the silverstripe-multiform on github and checkout the README.md: https://github.com/silverstripe/silverstripe-multiform/blob/master/README.md

Hope this helps

Documentation should now be bundled with the module you download in a 'docs' folder, though it looks like the MultiForm guys have simply included the tutorial in the README.
