Database rebuilding Issue

Hi All,

I have SS website running at my local machine(Source fetched from remote),I have made some changes to it and when i rebuild the database it the database is rebuild properly.I pushed the code to the remote and when i try rebuilding the database there i m getting this error "Error at sapphire/core/model/MySQLDatabase.php line 525: Couldn't run query:" .........Unknown column 'Table_Name.New_Fields_Added_in_Class in 'field list'.....
The Query seems to be failing because SilverStripe is running a select query on that table where it is not getting the column which i newly added,would be great if someone can explain the rebuilding of database process

Can anyone point me towards this. .
