I'm trying to figure out how I can set up a members only section for the front end of a future project I'll have. Users would need to be able to log in to access specific parts of the web site. Has anyone else done this before? I know the forum Module sets up a member list, can this be manipulated to fit my needs? Any ideas would be great!

Thanks,
Jason

Have a look at: http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=security. Should have everything you need.

There is also this module - http://www.silverstripe.org/registration-module/

I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it might be what you're after.

Thank you. I'll test these out tomorrow and report back on how everything pans out.
