It's not a big deal, but when i load my cms/admin page the login form appears and then disappears... just leaving the tabs visible. See attachment. When you click on the Email & Password tab, the form drops down and all is good. Just wondering how i can get the form to appear in the first instance. I've built various sites with 2.2.2 and this doesn't happen. I'm now using version 2.2.3 and I haven't changed any styling (don't think so anyway!! :) ) so not sure why this is happening.

Any thoughts?

I get this too, not sure why but I usually just remove the open id tab and it works fine. You can do that by deleting the open_auth folder in the root....unless of course you need to keep it, then that suggestion won't be much help :)
