I have websiteabc.com where I have installed Silver Stripe 2.2.3. Then I have a sub-domain tickets.websiteabc.com that I need to work outside of and unrelated to Silver Stripe. When I try to access the subdomain here is the error message I receive.

Not Found
The requested URL /sapphire/main.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.33 Server at ticket.websiteabc.com Port 80

What's stumping me is that with earlier versions of Silver Stripe (2.2.2) I've got SS installed in the root directory and subdomains totally unrelated to SS and all works well. It seem that there is something a bit different happening with 2.2.3.

Can anyone advise? I'm hosted at GoDaddy.com.
