Hi all,

I want to create a product gallery (each product has a pic, short description & price).. just like an online shop - but without the shopping functionality. A person should be able to add/modify/delete products with ease. Is this possible?

Kindly tell me how or direct me to any resources available.
Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi there welcome to the forum,

It is definably possible, if you follow tutorial 2 http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=tutorial:2-extending-a-basic-site specifically the last third of it where they make a staff section this is very similar to what you intend to do.

Good luck and post any problems you run into

Thank a lot, Howard.
Hope I can change the appearance (to grid) easily with css.
Also how do I do pagination?
Thanks again.

Yea making it into a grid would be pretty easy, fixed width div floated left should do it.

Here is a link to how to include pagination http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=private:recipes:pagination
