Hi,

I have uploaded a picture file to use on our site, but clicked the wrong sized image (it is 3.4mb) and now silverstripe has locked up the page I want to edit so I cannot undo or delete the image, what can I do to correct this? showing the error in the attached file

Hi Josh,

This issue is a bit of a pain, but thankfully it will be resolved in 3.2.

Do you have FTP or SSH access to the server? You’ll need to delete the file manually from the ‘assets’ directory, I’m afraid. If not, contact your developer and it should be a very simple task for them if you tell them the filename of the image that’s causing the issue.

Hope this helps,
Loz
