I have had this error pop up on all my local installs. I know the problem used to be mbstring and MySQLi but I have both of these running.

I am using a WAMPSERVER environment on a Windows machine.

Interesting thing though. Everything works fine with PHP 5.3.13 but the error is generated when using PHP 5.4.3 or later.

Any suggestions?
