WHM Cpanel and 3.2.1 fresh install

Hi,

I have a new cloud package and struggling with fresh install of 3.2.1

Step 1 of 5 of install page Database server error - Seems unable to connect.
"I couldn't find a database server on '127.0.0.1': Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)"

I've checked everything I can think of including port (3306). Deleted and setup mysql databases again in case of password issue and been through WHM settings several times.

I also have access to another very cheap Cpanel host. I uploaded the site there and it worked ok.

Wondering if anyone else has any experience with this or can offer any suggestions?
