Hi, sorry if this is a repeat question, have searched but couldn't find anything quite the same.

I am having problems.

All looks good (green) at initial install page.. It then shows "CMS Installation page - Installing Silverstripe..."

When it gets to "Testing..." it just hangs and does not complete (see picture). I'm running latest Wamp server and SS 2.3.6.

(re-write module is set on in apache)

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Cheers

If you try accessing the site anyway does it work? In your case, just browsing to http://localhost/silverstripe

Could I ask which version of WAMPServer you're using? I'd like to try find this issue myself!

Yes, the site works. Within CMS however - errors on page and page does not look right. e.g. no "save", "save and publish" (etc..) buttons displaying.

I've raised a ticket here: http://open.silverstripe.org/ticket/5123

I got the same problem, it didn't get past the "Testing" part of the install process. When I manually accessed the site, it worked fine however. I was able to get into the CMS, save pages and then view them correctly.
