hello all

i'd like to know if it is possible to set up my static content (images, css, pdf's etc) to be on the separate domain, different from on which the silverstripe installation remains. say amazon cloud.

CDN / multiple domain support isn't in core. Though with your CSS / JS files you could link to the absolute path in the cloud rather than on your site and that'll work fine. Getting assets to work on the other domain won't work unless you alter the File class.

Willr - is it possible to override the behaviour of the File class without editing core?

Or... is multi-domain support going to be introduced in version 3.0 ?

Thanks in advance.
