Once ISAPI_Rewrite has been installed we cannot actually use it on SilverStripe under shared hosting because we do not have access to IIS?

This is a typical shared hosting setup on IIS 6. Is there a way I can actually hack the Silverstripe code to work around this?

Ok maybe I am not reading this right.

"Please go to SilverStripe installation folder and open rewritetest.php file."

..sorry where is this file?
